DR MICHAEL RAVEST

Clinical Director - Qualified London 2001. MBBS, BSc, DRCOG, MRCGP, CHS qualified.

Dr Ravest is a very experienced GP. He is full time and works on Monday morning, Tuesday morning, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

DR ELIZABETH ALLEN

Director of Personnel - Qualified UMDS London 1997.MBBS, MRCS, MRCGP, DRCOG, DCH.

Interests: paediatrics, muscular and joint conditions, joint injections, and mental health. Dr Allen is part time and works on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.

DR RAMESH NAGARAJAN

Clinical Director - Qualified Madras, India 1992. MBBS, FRCSEd, DFFP, DCH, MRCGP, Diploma in Practical Dermatology (Cardiff).

Dr Ramesh - special interests Learning Disabilities, Cancer and Care Homes - minor surgery, joint injections, child health, dermatology. Dr Ramesh is full time and works on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.

DR AYSHA ZIAUDDIN

MRCGP MRCOG

Dr Ziauddin works Mondays Wednesdays and Thursdays. She has an interest in women's health and is a member of the The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG). They work to improve health care for women everywhere, by setting standards for clinical practice, providing doctors with training and lifelong learning, and advocating for women’s health care worldwide.

DR CHINEDUM EGBUEDIKE

Dr Egbuedike works Mondays Tuesdays and Fridays. He trained locally in Wellingborough and Higham Ferrers but has been working out of county in an Out of Hours setting. He has a background in geriatrics and emergency medicine,

Nurse Practitioners

REBECCA PHILPOTT

Nurse Practitioner

Becs joined us in the start of 2017. She is a very experienced children's clinician and can prescribe. She has experience both in A&E (specialising in children as well as adults) and neonatal care. She is used to treating ill and very ill children. Becs will be seeing children with minor illnesses as well as adults and will also be caring for children and adults with chronic illnesses.

LUCINDA GODFREY

Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Lucinda is an Advanced Clinical Practitioner who joined us in 2017. She has extensive experience in A&E and is an independent nurse prescriber. Lucinda works Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and takes care of minor illness and triage.

GILLIAN SMITH

Nurse Practitioner

Gillian is a nurse practitioner who joined us in 2017. She has previously worked as a practice nurse elsewhere and has experience in A&E.

JESSICA GIBBS

Director of Nursing (Advanced Nurse Practitioner)

Jessica joined us recently from the Weavers Medical Centre in Kettering. She has a wealth of experience in Primary Care, A&E and Elderly Care.

Nurses

ANGELA KELLY

Angela joined the Practice in January 2016. She is a very experience nurse having spent 14 years working in primary care in Northampton. She takes care of all our diabetic patients.

MAHAJABEEN (MO) JANJUA

Mo joined the practice in April 2015. She was a staff nurse with NHFT. She is a very experienced nurse who is currently studying for her MSC in Primary Care Nursing.

KATE KEHOE

Practice Nurse (with prescribing)

Kate is a Nurse Practitioner (she can prescribe medication) and is a specialist in Diabetes care

Healthcare Assistants

JACKIE BEESLEY

Multi Skilled Practitioner. Certified Smoking Cessation Practitioner (NCSCT). Jackie undertakes several technical roles including blood pressure reviews, spirometry & ECG readings. She also runs the smoking cessation service on Friday afternoons. Jackie works Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

SHIRLEY LYON

We would like to welcome Shirley as a new addition to our clinical team.

JENNY WILLIAMS

Jenny has been trained in house by external and internal trainers and assessors. She joined us to undertake NHS Health Checks but trained to take blood as well (phlebotomy). She has now qualified as a Health Care Assistant. Jenny has 10 years experience working with Adults with learning difficulties and has worked for Northamptonshire County Council as a Day Centre Officer in Wellingborough.

ANGELA O'SULLIVAN

Angela is also a very experienced Health Care Professional. She has worked extensively in the local area. She will see you for you chronic disease management, bloods, vaccinations, ECGs etc.

ZYNA DORAN

Zyna is a very experienced Health Care Professional and will see you for chronic disease management, dressing, vaccinations blood test etc.

GARETH WILLIAMS

Managing Director

Gareth is responsible for the general management and administration of the practice. Mr Williams and his deputy, Mandy Barford, will be happy to hear your views and suggestions about the service offered by the practice.

MANDY BARFORD

Director of Operations

Mandy is the Director of Operations. SHe sits on the Board of Midland Medical Company Limited. Mandy deals with issues relating to the non-clinical general running of the practice

EMMA FINCH

Head of Administration

Emma is our administrative manager. She deals with your registrations, referrals, letters to solicitors, and managing your medical records.

Reception

Our team of receptionists will assist you in making appointments, as well as taking requests for visits, processing your repeat prescription requests and advising on test results. They will also pass on messages to doctors and other members of our health care team. Our staff work to procedures set down by the doctors and although they will always respect your privacy, they may occasionally need to ask questions about your problem to assess the urgency of your need. Please be aware that it is a legal requirement for staff to maintain the highest level of confidentiality with regard to patient records.

EMILY DOVE

Emily is Reception manager and is very experienced in care navigation and is leading a team who will help steer you to the right clinician

Community Nurses

Our team of district (community) nurses provide nursing care to patients of any age who are unable to attend surgery. The needs of each patient are assessed and care/treatment planned accordingly. District nurses are highly experienced nurses especially trained to work in the community.

Health Visitors

Our health visitors provide care mainly for new-born and very young children. However, they also help with on-going family care for families with older children. They run our child immunisation clinics on Wednesday mornings, carry out child development checks.
